Requirements:
Items to be embellished
Fabric scraps to use for patches
Decorative, heavyweight thread in several colors (embroidery floss, sashiko thread, perle cotton, Spagetti thread)
Sturdy needles with eyes large enough for your threads
Thread scissors
Fabric scissors
Marking pen/pencil for both light and dark fabrics
Thimble, needle gripper and anything else you use for hand sewing
Optional: Steam-a-Seam Light #2 or WonderUnder if you don't want your fabric to fray at all
